Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the acquisition of top talent for our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to attract and retain exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, roles, and expectations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on market trends and talent availability.
  1. Recruitment Strategy:
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
  • Set performance targets, track metrics, and ensure the team meets recruitment goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
  1. Candidate Screening and Selection:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and manage candidate evaluations, reference checks, and background screenings.
