Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.The SDR will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls,emails, and social media. This role involves developing sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sales, particularly in web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions through cold calling, networking,
  • referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Actively manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Candidate will be responsible for Technical Sales, Web Development, App Development
  • Close new accounts by responding to inquiries via telephone, messages, and emails.
  • Convert leads and follow up on technical queries, resolution, negotiation, and order closing.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales quotas through closing sales.
  • Close weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales as per targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share it with internal teams to improve services.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

 

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in IT sales, specifically in web development, app development, software
  • development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and ability to design solutions based on client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
